Farmhouse. Dated 1696 on diamond-shaped datestone in south
gable. Coursed limestone rubble with Collyweston stone slate
roof and moulded stone ridge and end stacks. 3 storeys to
front, 2 storeys to rear. 4 irregularly spaced bays. Ground
floor has a 3-light window, a slate-roofed canted bay window,
a C19 panelled and part-glazed door and overlight in moulded
architrave with cornice and panelled reveals, and a 3-light
window with overlights. Wooden lintels. First floor has
iron-framed gudgeon-hung casement windows of 3, 2, 2 and
3-lights. 4 shallower 3-light window to second.floor.
Interior: ground floor room to left of door has shallow
inglenook with plain bressumer and the room beyond also has
exposed bressumer but the fireplace has been partly filled in.
Some panelled doors.
