C18. Three storeys in coursed rubble with Welsh slate roof. Symmetrical front with three windows, hung sashes with glazing bars in plain reveals. Two canted bays to ground floor. Good plinth with moulded coping. Good panelled door with rectangular fanlight with radiating glazing and flat hood on cut brackets.

All the listed buildings on the east side of North Street form a group.
