Later C17. House of 2 storeys, cement rendered with stone slate roof with 2 hipped
dormers. 1 sash window and one 3-light casement to the 1st floor, wood lintels.
Ground floor has late C19 shop front to the left with carved consoles and 5-light
shop front with door, continuous fascia and pilasters. Also centre door. Structurally
linked with Lathaw's Hospital.

All the listed buildings on the east side of North Street form a group.
