1600, possibly earlier. Cottage row in coursed rubble with stone slate roofs and
remains of stone chimneys. 1 storey and attics. No 52 is of 2 storeys, with 1
hung sash window with glazing bars over a 5-light window. No 54 has a low doorway
with a heavy moulded wooden surround with stopped chamfer. Simple casement windows
to all and 4 dormers. No 56 has two 5-light stone - mullioned windows to ground
floor and 2 dormers.

All the listed buildings on the east side of North Street form a group.
