Gable end to road. Early C19. 2 storeys in coursed rubble with Welsh slate roof
with stone verges. 3 windows, stone segmental arches with keystone, casements
with glazing bars, except for centre, which has wood louvres and is smaller. Centre
section set back slightly with segmental-arched entry under this 1 window. End
sections have wood doors in segmental-arched doorways with keystones, the southern
end having also 1 window with wooden shutter. East and west elevations similar.

Boat House and warehouse form a group.
