1673. Ashlar, tiled roof with stone coped central and side elevation gables.
1 storey, 4 double light stone mullioned lattice casement windows in chamfered
reveals under hood moulds. Stone doorway lintels. Central gable inscribed panel
and panel with raised shield, both under cornices.

Brookside, The Old Forge, the Village Hall and Raynsford Almshouses form a group.
