Mid C19 house in classical style. Stucco, Welsh slated roof behind balustraded
parapet with ball finials. 2 storeys, entablature with modillion cornice.
Vermiculated quoins. 4 sash windows with glazing bars in architrave surrounds.
Round headed doorway with fanlight in archivolt under Corinthian porch. Wings:
lower 2 storey on right, 1 storey on left.

No 53 (Duston House) shall be amended to read Duston House.

The descriptive notes should be amended to read:

Said to have been built 1822 by William Samwell but much altered mid C19 in
classical style. Stucco, Welsh slated roof behind balustraded parapet with ball
finials. 2 storeys, entablature with modillion cornice. Vermilated quoins. 4
sash windows with glazing bars in architrave surrounds. Round headed doorway with
fanlight in archivolt under Corinthian porch. Wings: lower 2 storey on right, 1
storey on left.
