Dated 1736 with initials of owner, JL. Altered early C19. Stone structure with
stucco faced east front. Welsh slated roof with wide eaves. 3 storeys, 5 sash
windows, blocked central top window. Central 6 panelled door in early C19 surround
of Doric pilasters under cornice hood.

Nos 1, 2, 3 and 4 form a group with Cottage, Quinton Road.
