1857. Substantial 3 storey building in red brick cement rendered. Modified
classical style, arcaded with rusticated ground floor. 9 bays plus 5 to west
facing Campbell Square. Wide segmentally arched 1st floor windows between piers,
Venetian central opening. Close set round arched windows above. Entablature,
balustrade. Belvedere towers, low roofs, corner finials. Boarding doors to
centre of west wing.

Mansfield's Warehouse and Victoria Street Warehouse form a group.
