Circa 1875, in imitation of a Swiss chalet. Brick ground floor, oversailing
timber 1st floor under low pitched roof with wide eaves and gable bargeboards.
Balcony with wooden slat railings. Casement windows. Once a tea house. Included
for historical interest and as an architectural curiosity.
