2 houses forming part of row. Late C18. Squared coursed limestone with thatch
roofs. Each originally one-unit plan. 2 storeys. Together comprising a 4-window
range of C19 casements under wood lintels. 2 plank doors to left and right of
centre are also under wood lintels. Brick stacks at ridge and end. Interiors of
No.45 has spine beams and C19 cast iron range. Forms part of row with No.44
(q.v.).
