House. Datestone 1748 and mid C19. Squared coursed limestone and brick with
concrete tile and slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic.
2-window range of C19 casements, under stop-chamfered wood lintels, at first
floor. C19 sash window to ground floor right and blocked window to left, also
with stop-chamfered wood lintels. Central 6-panel door under wood lintel. Ashlar
gable parapets and kneelers and ashlar end stacks with moulded cornices.
Datestone in left gable. Mid C19 two-unit brick extension to right. Rear
elevation is similar with some C20 casements. Interior: room to left has open
fireplace with bressumer and spine beams.
