2 houses. Late C18. Regular coursed limestone with slate roof. Each originally 1
and 2-unit plans. 2 storeys. Together comprising a 3-window range of casements
with glazing bars under wood lintels. 2 C20 doors between window range of
casements and sashes under wood lintels. 3 eaves levels. No. 16 has one roof
dormer. Brick stacks at ridge and ends. Interiors not inspected but No.18 noted
as having spine beams and an open fireplace with bressumers. Included for group
value.
