Rear of house is shown as No.15 Berry Green Road on O.S. map.
House, now house and shop. Datestone BLD/1736, C19 alterations. Squared coursed
ironstone with slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic.
3-window range of C20 casements in original openings under stone lintels with
keyblocks. Early C20 shop front to right and blocked door to left. The left
corner is chamfered at ground floor. 3 flat top roof dormers with C19 casements
with glazing bars. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and brick stack at ridge.
Gable to left is similar of one-window range with datestone in gable. C19 wing
to rear is not of special architectural interest. Interior: room to left of shop
may retain open fireplace. C18 roof structure remains over shop and adjacent
room.
