GV II

House. Late C18. Squared coursed ironstone with slate roof. Originally 2-unit
plan. 3 storeys. 3-window range. Central 6-panelled door with plain fanlight and
flat hood. C19 sash windows to ground and first floor, and C18 sash window with
glazing bars to second floor; all under stone lintels with keyblocks. Moulded
stone cornice and ashlar gable parapets. Brick stacks at ends. No.30A attached
to left of 2-storey, 2-window range, similar, with 6-panelled door to left.
