Town house, now office. Late C18. Squared coursed ironstone with slate roof.
Double-depth plan. 3 storeys. 5-window range. Central 6-panelled door with large
fanlight and and C19 moulded wood hood with pediment and dentilled cornice. Sash
windows reducing in height at second floor. Those at first and second flour have
glazing bars; all have rusticatec stucco surrounds. Rusticated stucco quoins and
moulded stone cornice. Ashlar gable parapets and stone stacks at ends. Rear is
similar: 2 storeys with eaves parapet; large C19 single storey projection to
left. Interior: Entrance hall has flight of steps leading to a square lobby with
a plain vaulted ceiling. Same 6-panelled doors at ground floor. All ground and
first floor rooms have panelled window reveals.
