House. Late C17. Datestone 1683. Coursed ironstone rubble, squared quoins,
artificial stone slate roof, brick and stone stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys and
attic, 3 bays. Entrance in second bay from right has wood lintel. 4-panel door
and flat wooden hood on scroll brackets. 3-light stone mullioned window with
square hood in either side. 4-light stone mullioned window without hood in left
bay. 3-light stone mullioned windows without hood on first floor. Coped gable
ends with kneelers. Wing extending from left end at rear, C17. Similar
materials. 2 storeys, one bay. Has datestone on first floor. ID/1683. Interior:
Chamfered beams, open fireplace. Formerly known as "Lines Farmhouse".
