8/110 Eydon Hall Farmhouse

GV II

House/C17, altered C18, C19 and C20, Coursed ironstone rubble, stone slate
roof, central brick and stone stack. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays. C19 canted bay
windows in left and right bays. Central window (in place of doorway) has wood
lintel and C20 metal casement. Blocked mezzanine window to left of centre,
one-light with plain stone frame. 2-light casement windows with wood lintels in
left and centre bays on first floor. 3-light window in right bay with wood
lintel and C20 wood casement. C20 gabled dormer. Coped gable ends with kneelers.
3-light first floor window on left side has stone hood, wood mullions and old
iron casement. 2-light attic window with wood lintel and old iron casement.
Extension to right of C18/C19, Squared coursed ironstone, artificial stone slate
roof, 2 storeys, 2 bays, 2-light window in qround floor with wood lintel and C20
metal casement. C20 lean-to porch on right side has doorway with wood lintel and
plank door. Interior not inspected, but said to have been remodelled c,1970,
