House. Early Cl9 with possible earlier origins, altered C19. Coursed squared
ironstone, slate roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2-storey,
2-window range. Central 4-panel , part-glazed door with moulded wood surround,
wood lintel and porch with curved lead roof and wire trellis sides; approached
by 2 stone steps. 16-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors with wood
lintels. Quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Interior has
stop-chamfered spine beams, part-boxed. Included for group value.
