House. Early C18, altered C19. Ironstone ashlar, slate roof, brick end stacks.
3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 7-window range. Central 4-panel door with
moulded stone surround and keyblock in gabled C19 stone porch. 2-light casement
windows to ground and 1st floors with moulded stone sills, surrounds and
keyblocks. Wave-moulded plinth, moulded storey band, moulded stone eaves,
chamfered quoins, three segmental-headed roof dormers and stone-coped gables
with kneelers. Interior: boxed spine beams, fine dog-leg staircase from ground
floor to attic with fat turned balusters, and stone-vaulted cellar.
