House, formerly farmhouse. Mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. C20 pantile
roof, brick end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range.
Central 4-panel door with pilastered wood surround flanked by 1-light windows
with stone lintels, in C20 lean-to porch. C20 2-light casement window, replacing
sash, with stone lintel and keyblock. Similar window to first floor left with
wood lintel. C20 3-light window to ground floor right. 12-pane sash windows to
first floor centre and right with wood lintels. Ironstone quoins, chamfered
coping to plinth, storey and eaves bands and stone-coped gables with kneelers.
Coping of right gable end transferred to gable end of 2-storey, 1-window C19
extension to right. Interior: Re-arranged open well staircase with turned
balusters; boxed spine beams, stone cellar.
