Cottage. Late C18. Coursed rubble, painted white, corrugated iron roof over
remains of thatch roof, brick end stack. One-unit plan. 2-storey, one-window
range, side to road, has 2-light casement windows to ground and first floors
with timber lintels. Single-storey brick addition to left. Right gable end has
gabled timber porch, plank door within with moulded wood surround. 2-light
casement window in gable above, with timber lintel. Interior has chamfered spine
beam, open fireplace with chamfered bressumer, winder stair and 2-bay
collar-truss roof.
