Pair of cottages. C18. Painted coursed rubble, corrugated iron and asbestos roofs, brick ridge and end stacks. Both cottages have two-unit plans. Two storey, three window range. No.1 to left has plank door with timber lintel flanked by old two-light casement windows with timber lintels. Similar smaller window to first floor right. No. 3 has C20 door with timber lintels and two-light C20 casements to ground and first floors in old openings; two storey, one window extension to right. Both formerly thatched; eaves built up in brick when thatch was removed.

Interior: No.1 has fine open fireplace with stop-chamfered bressumer. Stop-chamfered spine beams.
