3/73 Parva House and Parva Cottage

House, divided into two dwellings. Dated 1631, altered late C19. Coursed squared
limestone and ironstone, slate roof, stone end and ridge stacks with blue brick
flues. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. C19 part-glazed door to
right of centre with timber lintel. 8-pane horned sash window to left, similar
sash to first floor right, otherwise 3-light casement windows, all with timber
lintels. Stone-coped gables with kneelers. Datestone inscribed 1631 on base of
ridge stack. Interior: chamfered spine beams. Pair of fitted cupboards in upper
room with HL hinges.
