Cottage. Dated 1833. Coursed limestone rubble, slate roof brick end stacks.
2-unit plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. Plank door to left of centre approached
by 4 brick steps with C20 hood on brackets and wood lintel. 3-light casement
windows to right of door, a 2-light casement to left and similar casements to
first floor, all with wood lintels. Ironstone datestone at base of right end
stack. Interior not inspected.
