Shop, formerly house. C18. Rendered front to Park Street over red brick. C20
ridged tile roof, brick end stack. One-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. C20
glazed door to left of centre with overlight and wood lintel. C19 bay window to
right with moulded wood cornice. Two C20 plate-glass sash windows to first
floor. Rendered plinth, stone storey band (painted) and brick-coped gables with
ironstone kneelers. Included for group value.
