House. C18. Coursed squared ironstone, C20 plain-tile roof, brick end stacks.
2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Central C20 door in moulded
wood surround. C20 3-light casement windows to ground and first floors left and
right, similar 2-light casement to first floor centre. All windows have concrete
lintels. Two roof dormers. Included for group value.
