House. Dated 1767. Rendered with C20 plain-tile roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit
plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. C20 door to left of centre in moulded
wood surround. A 16-pane sash window to left and canted bay window to right and
6-panel part-glazed back door to far right with timber lintel. 16-pane sashes to
first floor with flat-arched heads and moulded keyblocks. Plinth, incised
masonry patterns, storey band datestone to right of first floor left window,
rendered eaves, brick-coped gable to left and dormer window. Interior not
inspected.
