House, now offices. Late C18, altered C19 and C20. Painted brick, slate roof,
brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 3-storey, 3-window range. Central part-glazed
door with overlight and fanlight in pilastered timber surround with panelled
reveals and opened pediment on sections of entablature on brackets. Two-storey
canted bay windows to left and right. Blank windows to first and second floor
centre with gauged brick lintels and keyblocks. A 3-light C20 casement to second
floor left, a similar 2-light casement to second floor right with brick lintels.
Moulded stone cornice (painted). Interior has dog-leg staircase from ground
floor to attic with slender turned balusters. One late C18 style carved wood
chimneypiece in ground floor room.
