Cottage. C17 with C19 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble, thatch and plain-tile roofs, brick ridge and end stacks. One storey and attic; 3-window range. Three-unit plan. Plank door to right of centre with wood lintel in C20 gabled timber porch. 2-light casement windows to ground and 1st floor with wood lintels. Roof of right end bay has been raised, with brick to 1st floor. Interior has ogee-stop-chamfered spine beams and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer. Top portion of possible cruck truss in roof; rest removed.
