Bridge. 1834 by James Miln, County Surveyor of Northamptonshire 1826-1863.
Contractor Charles Ireson of Northampton. Derbyshire mill-stone grit from Crick
or the Dukes quarries. Ashlar masonry. 3-arched bridge. Elliptical arches,
short semi-circular cutwaters. Channelled masonry. Dentilled cornice, plain
stone-coped parapet, punctuated by plain piers over cutwaters and panelled piers
over crowns of arches rising above level of parapet coping.
