Row of estate cottages. Dated 1874. By E.F. Law for Compton Estate. Coursed
squared limestone, pantile roof, stone ridge stack. 4-unit double-depth plan.
Picturesque composition. 2-storey, 7-window range. Shallow gabled wing to left
of centre with catslide roof to right side over porches to Nos.44 and 45. Door
to No.46 to far left, door to No.43 to right side elevation all with plank doors
and chamfered stone surrounds. 1-, 2- and 3-light ovolo-moulded stone mullion
windows. Gabled dormer to right of centre and stone coped gables with kneelers.
Datestone to gable of projecting wing.
