15/86 Manor Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Mid/late C17, raised and altered 1843. Coursed squared limestone,
slate roof, stone end stacks. 3-unit plan. 3-storey, 3-window range. Central C20
door with stone lintel and key block in stone porch with Ionic columns and
entablature. 3-light chamfered stone mullion windows to ground and 1st floors
left and right, similar 2-light windows to 1st floor centre and 2nd floor, all
with hood moulds. 2 bands of ironstone to base, ironstone quoins, stone-coped
gables over bays to left and right of centre, tall one-light windows to gables
with moulded stone surrounds and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Gable end
walls show original roofline and walling which is banded with ironstone.
