House, formerly farmhouse. Early C19, altered C20, Coursed squared limestone,
slate roof, brick end and ridge stacks. Three-unit plan. 2-storey, 5-window
range. Main front faces garden to south and has 6-panel doors to left and right
of centre, that to left in decorative cast-iron porch with anthemion ornament,
cresting and curved lead roof, that to right with rendered head. 16-pane sash
windows to ground and 1st floors with rendered heads. Moulded brick eaves
cornice. interior: narrow open-well staircase with stick balusters, carved tread
ends, and ramped and wreathed mahogany handrail.
