House. Mid/late C17, altered C19 and C20. Coursed limestone rubble with
ironstone dressings, pantile roof, brick end stack to right, stone end stack to
left. 2-unit central-staircase plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range.
Central C20 plank door with chamfered stone surround with Tudor-arched head and
2-light overlight with chamfered stone surround and mullion, and hood mould.
3-light chamfered stone mullion windows to ground and 1st floors with hood
moulds. Stonework of door and windows is decayed and has been painted. Cellar
window to left, ironstone quoins and ironstone-coped gables with kneelers.
Interior has dog-leg staircase from ground floor to attic with turned balusters
and circular finials to newel posts. Spine beams concealed by false ceilings.
Stone cellar.
