Cottage. C17, altered C20. Coursed squared limestone and ironstone end wall to
left, rest rendered over possible timber frame, thatch roof, brick end and ridge
stacks. L plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. Passage to far right with wood lintel,
C20 door to right of centre with rendered lintel and C20 hood on brackets.
2-light casement windows to ground and 1st floors, those to ground floor with
continuous stop-chamfered wood lintel, those to 1st floor in eyebrow dormers.
1st floor right window is at higher level with beam at sill level. Quoins and
ironstone-coped gable with kneelers to left and brick-coped gable to right.
Full-height wing to rear left, extended C20. Interior noted as having chamfered
spine beam and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
