House, formerly farmhouse. Mid C18 with possible older origins and C19 and C20
alterations. Coursed squared ironstone, hipped slate roof, stone and brick ridge
stacks. L-plan. 2-storey, 5-window range. Main front faces garden to south and
has central panelled part-glazed door with pedimented moulded wood surround.
12-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors with rendered heads and keyblocks.
Plinth, and storey band. Wing to rear right, much altered C19, has stone porch
and irregular glazing. Interior noted as having open well staircase with slim
turned balusters.
