Enclosed and built 1705 (present building probably later C18). Two storeys and
4 windows. Ashlar built. Slate roof with raised verges (triangular stones), and
2 ridge chimneys. Two light casement windows. Door with glazed porch left of
centre, new doorway right of centre. To right is a large single storey outhouse
rubble built with pantile roof and coped verge; doorway left of centre with wooden
lintel. To left a lower single storey outhouse with a slate roof.
