After 1817. Former "Wager Cottage" built in a fortnight for the Duchess of Northumberland to win a wager with the third Duke. Set back on the corner with Prudhoe Street. Single storey with gable lit attic. Two windows. Ashlar built with slate roof. Projecting central gabled porch with Percy Crescent over door. Cross casement windows with labels over. Gable ends treated as open pediments. Central chimney.
