NU 1813 GV 4/46 20.2.52.
Before l819 when it became the Dispensary and the now demolished north wing was
added. Two storeys and basement. Three windows. Ashlar with rustic quoins.
Open pediment to slightly projecting centre. Ground and 1st floor cill bands and
moulded eaves cornice. Hipped slate roof with 2 brick chimneys. Glazing bar sash
windows. Central 6 panel door. Similar elevation on south side, with a modern
lean-to elevation on the left. East front has a central round headed staircase
