Part of Howick Street development after 1831. Two storeys and 2 windows each,
Ashlar with cill band and moulded eaves cornice. Slate roofs, hipped on corner
to Howick Street. Doorways to right. Modern plate glass casement windows mar
effect. No 12 has a 2 window return to Howick Street, with a blind window on 1st
floor having a sash rebate and includes former No 13 Howick Street.
