Slate roof, coped verge, 2 brick chimneys. Late glazed sash windows with raised
surrounds, a 3 light timber oriel to 1st floor on left. Two light window on ground
floor with stone mullion; flush panel door off centre to left.
This inn was - formerly a staging point for the local coach. Robert Burns stayed
there.
