Includes No 25 Green batt. Part of the Howick Street development laid out circa
1831 and after on General Lambert's field with specifications for ashlar fronts
and chimneys, and slate reefs. Three storeys, 3 windows to east and to north.
Ashlar with cill bands to 1st and 2nd floors. Mutule eaves cornice. Slate roof
hipned at corner ; 3 brick chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows with keystones on
ground floor. Round headed doorways with bold quoins and voussoirs, 6 panel doors
end fanlights central to each front. Tall lead rainwater pipe head. First floor
cill band has "Percy Street" cut into it.
