Part of Howick Street development; after 1830 with rounded and slightly recessed
corner to Lisburn Street. One window on corner, 2 to Percy Street. Ashlar with
continuous cill band and eaves band. Slate roof, curved on corner and 2 brick
chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows. Door to No 11 to left of centre. On right
is door to throughpassage and yard at rear in which is a 1st storey extension with
gabled dormer.
On the corner is a cast iron gas lamp with considerable ironmongery on top. To
Lisburn Street is a Victorian wall letter box.
