of Fort House
Water tank incorporating former ablutions building, as part of fort of c.1917.
Reinforced concrete; building incorporated into base is brick, rendered. Flat-
topped tank with panelled sides carried by frame with 6 slightly-splayed legs
with rail at mid-height. Posts and rails with stop-chamfered angles. Ablutions
building at base has 2 boarded doors under timber lintels on south and re-glazed
windows in ends on north. Interior: old water boiler at south-east corner.
