Watch-house c.1876 for the Seaton Sluice Voluntary Life Saving Company. Brick,
rendered and whitewashed; C20 synthetic roof covering. Rectangle with small
projecting tower at south end. East elevation 1 storey, 2 bays; chamfered plinth,
boarded window openings with slightly-projecting sills. Coped gables. Lookout
tower at left end with paired 2-pane casement window on each face and pyramidal
roof. To rear of tower pent porch with renewed door. Right return shows boarded
window.
