GV II

House. c.1840. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 x 3 bays.
Chamfered plinth and raised alternating quoins. Similar surrounds to doors and
windows.

East side: slightly-recessed centre bay containing 6-panel door with margined
overlight and cornice over. 16-pane sash windows. Modillion cornice to centre
bay, plain coved cornice elsewhere.

Hipped roof with corniced ridge-:stacks.

Round-headed stair window to rear with intersecting glazing bars.

Interior: contemporary staircase with stick balusters, 6-paneldoors and shutters.
Mid C19 fireplaces.
