Cottage, formerly the garden cottage to Harbottle Castle (New). Probably 1829
by John Dobson.

Ashlar with plinth, Welsh slate roof.

Single storey, 2 bays with 12-pane sashes.

Moulded cornice, kneelers, flat coping and gabled roof with corniced end stacks.

Doorway in 2-bay rear wing.
