House. Early-mid C18. Coursed, squared sandstone blocks. Pantiled roof with slate edging. Baffle-entry plan. Three irregular bays with door between 2nd and 3rd bays.

2008 gabled porch replacing C19 or early C20 gabled porch. Renewed 12-pane sashes on ground floor. Three 4-pane Yorkshire sashes on 1st floor. Steeply-pitched gabled roof with kneelers and flat coping. Corniced ridge stack and end stacks. Lower 2-storey, one-bay section to right, originally a hind's cottage.

Interior: several 2-panel and 6-panel doors. Internal shutters.
