4/88 Whitton Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse, now part of hotel. Mid C18 with older core. Ashlar with Welsh
slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. C20 panelled door and 4-pane sashes in raised
stone surrounds. Steeply-pitched roof with flat coping and kneelers Corniced
left end stack; the right gable has a partly external stack.

To rear, old masonry in lower courses. Pointed-arched stair window with raised
surround and intersecting glazing bars.

Inside a very large blocked fireplace with Tudor-arched lintel.
